Work that fixes breakdowns, not just appearances.

A selection of projects where strategy, systems thinking, and intentional decisions solved real operational problems — not just visual ones.

Not just what we built - but why it mattered

Each project below highlights the invisible work most portfolios leave out:

Each case study highlights:

  • The challenge – the real problem (and the assumed one)
  • The strategic approach & incorrect solution that was avoided if applicable
  • The outcome once friction was removed
  • The system or flow that was redesigned

If you’re looking for quick visuals or surface‑level inspiration, this page may feel different. If you’re looking for evidence of strategic thinking and operational clarity, you’re in the right place.

Dumont Printing: Eliminating “Silent Server Failures”

Client Type: Commercial printing & production
The Assumed Problem: The website forms were “broken” and couldn’t handle large client uploads.
The Challenge: The client needed to receive 2GB-5GB industrial print files from their customers. The standard WordPress setup routed these massive files through the web hosting server, which routinely buckled under weight. This caused frequent timeouts, out-of-memory crashes, broken links, disrupting the client’s production workflow.
The Blueprint Focus: Cloud infrastructure & asynchronous automation
What We Did:
  • Bypassed the web server by engineering a Direct-to-Cloud (AWS S3) upload pipeline
  • Developed a custom WordPress plugin integrating Gravity Forms with secure Presigned S3 URLs
  • Deployed a background automation worker to seamlessly sync cloud files to the client’s internal SFTP server
  • Resolved corporate firewall delivery issues by implementing transactional email routing
The Result: A crash-proof, infinitely scalable file intake system that securely handles multi-gigabyte transfers with 100% reliability.

Tuskie Tech: From Invisible to Indexed

Client Type: IT mobile services & help desk provider
The Assumed Problem: Client felt he just needed SEO implemented to gain more conversion.
The Challenge: A capable technician with a fragmented online presence, unclear service pathways, and intake friction that slowed qualified leads. Website pages did not contain enough information for engagement and existing design was hard to read.
The Blueprint Focus: Service clarity and intake flow
What We Did:
  • Restructured services into clear, client-facing offerings
  • Designed intake and contact workflows
  • Aligned messaging with real service delivery
The Result: A clearer path from inquiry to engagement and a website that supports how the business actually operates. Pushed services towards in-person/mobile services to support target demographic.
Polished brand identity and responsive website design for Audrey's Consultant by Unfold Creative

Audrey’s Consultant Services: Refocused & Guided Services

Client Type: Independent consultant/professional services
The Challenge: A growing practice with strong expertise but no cohesive system for presenting services, managing inquiries, or guiding clients through the engagement process.
The Blueprint Focus: Service positioning, client journey mapping, and intake structure.
What We Did:
  • Clarified and structured service offerings
  • Built a conversion-focused one-page website layout
  • Created foundation for future scaling without complexity
  • Designed logo and color palette to complement founder’s approach
The Result: A professional, confident online presence that attracts aligned clients and reduces friction at every state of engagement.
